Secretariat Monomax will provide participants with the documents necessary for
Russian Tourist Visa obtaining. This
service is free for those
participants who will make their hotel reservation through Monomax Ltd Company.
Symposium
Secretariat Monomax has the reference number of the Russian Ministry for Foreign
Affairs and has the right to provide participants with Russian Tourist Visa
support documents (letter of invitation and hotel voucher). Supporting documents
will be made based on your personal information submitted on-line
at the Visa
Support section or on your e-mail request sent to: wf05@monomax.org.
In order
to obtain Russian Tourist Visa please contact to the nearest Russian Consulate
or Embassy in your home country for the further information. In general Visa
supporting documents made by Symposium Secretariat Monomax, and send via fax to
the participant are enough to apply for Russian Tourist Visa*. In addition to
the visa supporting documents you should give to the Russian diplomatic mission
following documents:

Passport with photocopy of its vital information pages

Filled out application form (which you must get at a local Russian Embassy or
Consulate)

Passport-type photos.

If you need to have the original documents please inform us about it and give us
your post address. In this case, we can send the documents to you by express
mail. Please note that express mail
expenses should be covered by customer.
The
Symposium Secretariat will send the visa supporting documents to the participant
after receiving his Registration fee and hotel accommodation payments only!

If
you haven’t booked hotel through Monomax Ltd or you will stay at your friend's
house or make your own hotel reservation, the Symposium Secretariat can make the
visa supporting documents for you (to send visa invitation and hotel voucher) at
extra cost.
- If you make your own hotel reservation but still need
the visa supporting documents for Russian Tourist Visa obtaining. The price of
this paper work is 30 ˆ.
- If you are going to stay in your friends house and
wouldn't stay in any hotel the price of the visa supporting documents with the
following passport registration is 50 ˆ.
ANY CASE IN YOUR VISA APPLICATION FORM PLEASE INDICATE THE HOTEL NAME THAT IS WRITTEN IN THE INVITATION (VOUCHER) YOU HAVE GOT FROM MONOMAX LTD.
This will help you to avoid any difficulties with your Russian Tourist Visa obtaining. And will help us to shorten and simplify the procedure of invitation letter issue and your registration upon arrival to Saint Petersburg. This will not cause any inconvenience to you, even if you stay at any other place in Saint Petersburg during your visit.
