On your request Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd can organize transfer on your arrival and departure. Information about your arrival/departure should be submitted on-line at the Arrival/Departure transfer sections. If for any reason you can not submit this information on-line please send your flight details (an exact day and time of arrival and departure and flight or train numbers) to Symposium Secretariat by e-mail: wf05@monomax.org.

price for the transfer service on the routes:
Airport – Hotel well as the return route
transfer is 2000 Russian Rubles.
Railway station – Hotel well as the return route
transfer is 1500 Russian Rubles.
Airport/Railway station – Symposium 1-st day venue is 1500

The price is given per car for 1-2 persons, one way.
If you need a vehicle for more than 2 persons arriving at the same flight/train Symposium Secretariat can organize it for you on your personal request. In this case, send your arrival/departure information to wf05@monomax.org and we will inform you about the price of this service additionally.
