The hotel accommodation for the participants of the Symposium will be offered at the following hotels:
"Baltiets" hotel and "Burevestnik" hotel - two buildings (main "Baltiets" building, European standard) and "Burevestnik" building (Russian standard, 5 minutes walk from the main building).
The "Baltiets" and "Burevestnik" hotels are located in Repino, a seaside resort within St. Petersburg's Kurortny District, 40 km far from St.- Petersburg. Its scenic seaside location amid refreshing Karelian pine groves dotted with magnificent historical mansions makes Repino an ideal recreation spot for relaxation.

You can reach "Baltiets" hotel from St.Petersburg:
1) from underground station "Finliandskiy vokzal - Ploschad' Lenina", minibus K-400 (ask to stop near "Baltiets")
2) from from underground station "Finliandskiy vokzal - Ploschad' Lenina", train to Repino (directions Zelenogorsk, Vyborg), then 20 minutes walk to the direction of the beach
3) from "Staraya derevnia" station by minibus N 305.
4) from "Chernaya Rechka" station by bus 411 (get off near "Zarya" hotel)

The prices are indicated per room per night including breakfast, hotel service charges and tax.
Prices are given in accordance with the hotel's rack rates and can be changed in connection with hotel rates growth.

Check in/check out time in Baltiets hotel 14:00/12:00.
If you would like to stay in Baltiets hotel during some hours after check out time the half price of one night stay in the hotel should be extra paid.

Standard room: Russian standard, two beds, toilet, shower, TV, balcony. All the rooms are equipped with electronic code locking systems.
Renovated room: European standard, two beds, toilet, shower, TV, balcony. All the rooms are equipped with electronic code locking systems.
Deluxe suite: European standard, including one bedroom and a connecting living room. All the rooms are equipped with electronic code locking systems

Accommodation in other hotels of Saint Petersburg can be done in accordance with the participant's individual request.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION and payment

The Symposium Secretariat ensures the hotel accommodation you desire if you provide Hotel Reservation by SEPTEMBER 05, 2005.

The Symposium Secretariat has the right to alter reservations after this date if the preferable choice of hotel is no longer available.

Please note: The whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before SEPTEMBER 16, 2005 in order to have guaranteed accommodation. First night preayment for the hotel accommodation should be done to Symposium Secretariat Monomax with the help of Symposium on-line registration before September 05, 2005..

The hotel reservation will be confirmed only after first night prepayment has been received.

To make your hotel reservation and prepayment you should be registered for the Symposium using on-line registration.

Enter on-line registration using your login and password, click "Hotel Accommodation" make your choice and fill in necessary registration fields.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Cancellation

Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd by e-mail: wf05@monomax.org or by fax +7 (812) 324-73-22.
For cancellations received before SEPTEMBER 16, 2005 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).

In case of cancellation received after SEPTEMBER 16, 2005, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed.
