ICSV11 Social Programme

An attractive social programme are organised before, during, and after the Congress for participants and accompanying persons to experience the attractions of the city and surrounding areas.

Excursions to museums, including the Hermitage, visits to famous Russian palaces, magnificent Czars' suburbs residences, churches and cathedrals, tickets for many theatres, including the Mariinsky theatre, are available by request at additional cost.

A welcome reception, a city tour and a banquet are planned for all Congress participants.

July 5, Monday

Tour 1.1 Whole-day tour of Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo) and Pavlovsk with lunch included. Guided walking tours around parks and inside visits of two palaces. 
Price: $75 per person. Departure at 09:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

 Tour 1.2 City tour with visit of Peter & Paul Fortress and St Isaac’s Cathedral. 
Price: $45 per person. Departure at 09:30 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel. Duration: 3.5 hrs.

July 6, Tuesday

Tour 2.1 Whole-day tour of Peterhof (Petrodvorets) with lunch.
Guided walking tour around Lower Park and excursion to the Big Palace.
Price: $70 per person. Departure at 09:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

Tour 2.2 Excursion to the Hermitage Museum. Duration 4 hrs.
Price: $35 per person. Departure at 14:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

July 7, Wednesday

Tour 3.1 Excursion to the Hermitage Museum. Duration 3 hrs.
   Price: $35 per person. Departure at 10:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

Tour 3.2 Excursion to the Jussupov Palace (with Rasputin’s Rooms) and boat trip down city rivers and channels. 
Price: $42 per person. Departure at 14:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.

July 8, Thursday 

Tour 4.1 Tour of city cathedrals (St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Temple on Spilt Blood and Nikolsky Cathedral). 
Duration 3.5 hrs. Departure at 09:30 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel. Price: $36 per person. 

Tour 4.2 Half-day tour of Peterhof (Petrodvorets). 
Guided walking tour around Lower Park and excursion to one of the palaces. Duration 4-5 hrs.
Price: $42 per person. Departure at 14:00 from Pribaltiyskaya hotel.
