Registration fees for the 11th International Congress on Sound and Vibration

The registration fee for delegates includes:

- admission to the congress and to the exhibition
- congress proceedings on CD-ROM, book of abstracts, congress programme
- daily tea/coffee and lunches
- welcome reception
- city tour
- transfer from St. Petersburg Airport to the congress venue and back

Please note that the printed paper Book of Congress Proceedings is available at additional cost.

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:

- transfer from St. Petersburg airport to the congress venue and back
- welcome reception
- city tour
- admission to the exhibition
- daily tea/coffee and lunches

Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, or entitle them to any congress documentation.

The registration fee for students includes:

Student registration at the reduced fee at ICSV11 is granted only to students who provide the ICSV11 Organising Committee with a formal letter printed on their university letterhead and who attend ICSV11 in the company of their supervising professor. In this letter your supervising professor must confirm that a person is a full time university research student engaged in full time studnmeius during 2004. The letter from the supervising university professor shall be sent to the ICSV11 Organising Committee by fax +7(812) 324 7322 by May 30, 2004.

Cancellation terms

If a person would like to cancel participation in the congress and withdraw the abstract following amount of the transferred registration fee will be returned.
