ICSV11 Proceedings will be issued on CD-ROM and as a Book of Proceedings. Congress proceedings on CD-ROM are included in the congress registration fee. Book of Proceedings is available for additional cost upon request to the Organising Committee by e-mail: icsv11@rol.ru. Almost 700 abstracts were submitted for the congress, so it is expected that Book of Proceedings will contain 6-8 volumes.
Cost of the Book of Proceedings is 250 USD.
Airmailing cost is 50 USD.
Although surface mail delivery is included in the cost of the Book of Proceedings we recommend NOT using surface mail delivery to overseas countries. It is much more reliable and quicker to send the Book of Proceedings to an overseas country by airmail.
In order to obtain the Book of Proceedings, please, fill in the Order form and return it to the Organising Committee before July 8, 2004 by e-mail: icsv11@rol.ru.
The Book of Proceedings payment shall be made to Monomax Ltd., the ICSV11 official service agency, by credit card or by bank transfer. The payment shall be made by July 15, 2004. Agreement of Payment Form necessary to make payment with the credit card or an ICSV11 invoice to be used for bank transfer will be provided upon receiving the filled Order form for purchasing the Book of Proceedings. If Organising Committee receives less than 50 orders for the Book of Proceedings by July 15, 2004 the ICSV11 Book of Proceedings will NOT be published and made payments will be returned.
