Payment and Registration Information

1. Registration

Please carry out the following steps in order to (a) register for the ICSV11 Congress and 
(b) to make your payment for the ICSV11 Congress registration. 

Step 1.  Please fill in the online registration form.  

ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. The online registration form allows you to register for the ICSV11 Congress, make hotel reservations and receive visa support. While registering, please note that it is optional to check the boxes for visa support and hotel reservation. Please do not check the boxes if you are planning to proceed with visa and hotel procedures later. Later you can always come back to the registration form and fill in the necessary sections. 

Although on-line registration is desirable you may also download a registration form (in .doc or .txt format and return it by e-mail to both of the following addresses of the Organizing Committee icsv11@rol.ru and icsv11@monomax.org.

In order to receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail, please, make sure to indicate your e-mail address on the registration form. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment.

If you are not an IIAV member, would you like a portion of your registration fee to go to your 2004* IIAV membership (from July 5, 2004 - December 31, 2004)? Note there is no additional charge for this initial IIAV membership.

If your answer is YES to become an IIAV member, please fill out the following form on the IIAV website at http://www.iiav.org/member.html and send the form by secure fax to IIAV at (+1) 334 844 3306, or send the form as an e-mail attachment to Ms. Claire Wilson at cmwilson@eng.auburn.edu

Step 2. To make payment through the bank transfer, please, send a request for an ICSV11 Invoice to icsv11@monomax.org.  The ICSV11 Invoice will be sent to your e-mail address by Monomax. This normally takes only one or two days.

To make payment with your credit card, please, fill in and sign the Agreement of Payment Form and send it to the secure fax number +7 812 324 7322.

Step 3. Pay the amount stated on your invoice through the bank transfer. Your credit card will be charged by Monomax for the amount stated. Receipt confirming the payment will be sent to you from Monomax by fax.

 2. Payment Information

Admission to the ICSV11 Congress is granted only if Monomax Ltd. has received the ICSV11 registration fee. Participants who have made late payments should bring a copy of their payment draft with them to the ICSV11 registration desk.

Payments should be made in advance by one of the two following methods:

1.      Credit card (VISA / Mastercard / AmEx) may be used for all charges 

To make payment with your credit card, please fill in and sign the Agreement of Payment Form  and fax it back to +7 812 324 7322.  Please make sure to transmit your credit card information to the above secure fax number.

Agreement of Payment Form  may be downloaded or received from Monomax Ltd. upon a request by e-mail: icsv11@monomax.org.

To ensure complete security for your personal financial information, we are not offering on-line payment of ICSV11 Congress registration fees. Please use the secure fax number above to transmit this information to Monomax.


Your credit card will be charged by Monomax for the amount stated. Receipt confirming the payment will be sent to you from Monomax by fax.

Note. Credit card processing fees are: 2.2% per transaction (VISA / Mastercard) and 4.0% for American Express.

We regret that we are unable to accept private checks, company checks or Eurocheques.

An ICSV11 Invoice will be sent to each participant by e-mail by Monomax Ltd. upon a request received by e-mail: icsv11@monomax.org.

Please make sure to fax a copy of your bank transfer information and receipt with your ICSV11 Congress registration number on it to +7 812 324 7322.   Please, specify your payment (ICSV11 registration fee, ICSV11 accommodation, ICSV11 accompanying person fee, etc.).

Note. All bank fees must be covered in advance by the payer.
