Opening Ceremony (July 5, 2004 9:00 -9:30)

The Opening Ceremony will take place on July 5, 2004 at 9:00 in the Leningrad Hall, which is located on the first floor in the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya.

Annual IIAV Members Meeting (July 5, 2004 13:10 -13:55)

A presentation about future international congresses on sound and vibration ICSVs and the Annual IIAV Members Meeting will take place on Monday July 5, 2004 from13:10-13:55 in the Leningrad Hall.

Welcome Reception and City Bus Tour (July 5, 2004 18:00 - 22:00)

A Welcome Reception followed by a City Bus Tour are included in the registration fee. The welcome reception will take place on July 5, 2004 at 18:00 in the Sea Facade Hall located on the ground floor of the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya. Buses will depart from the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya at 20:00. We invite you to explore beautiful St. Petersburg, its splendid architectural treasures and the magnificent views of the Peter and Paul Fortress, St Isaac’s Cathedral, Nevsky Boulevard , the Winter Palace and many other well known sites during the famous "white nights".

ICSV11 Banquet (July 7, 2004 17:00 – 22:30)

The ICSV11 Banquet will take place on Wednesday July 7, 2004 at the Menshikov Palace. Busses will depart from the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya at 17:00 and take participants to a Neva Pier where a boat trip along the River Neva will start. After a one-hour trip during which we will view the marvellous cultural attractions of St. Petersburg, including the Summer Garden, Hermitage, Admiralty, Peter and Paul Fortress, Bronze Horseman, St. Isaak’s Cathedral and many more, the banquet will be continued by a guided excursion concerning Russian art, culture and history as we walk through the Menshikov Palace. Then delicious Russian food and wine will be served in an elegant dinning hall for all banquet participants.

Price per a student, an accompanying person, an exhibitor and others: 80 US dollars

The Closing Ceremony will take place on July 8, 2004 at 13:40 in the Pushkin Hall, which is located on the first floor in the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya.
