We are pleased to tell you that over 700 abstracts have been received for the ICSV11 Congress. Also 14 exhibitors have reserved booth space at the exhibition so far. We are expecting first rate scientific and social programmes, an excellent exhibition and a large number of delegates at the Congress. The hotel rooms that we have blocked at the special reduced rates are rapidly being reserved by ICSV11 participants and may become unavailable soon. Please note that there are NO LONGER any vacant rooms for ICSV11 participants at the "LDM" and "Oktiabrskaya" hotels.
To avoid disappointment, please make your hotel reservation AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
at the main congress hotel, the four star Hotel Pribaltiyskaya, which
is still available at the very attractive special congress rates:
single room - 140 US dollars per night,
double room - 160 US dollars per night
(breakfast and VAT are included in these prices)
These special congress rates are available ONLY until June 1, 2004.
After June 1, 2004 rooms will be provided based on the Hotel Pribaltiyskaya
official rates which are the following:
single room - 200 US dollars per night,
double room - 250 US dollars per night.
The beginning of July in St. Petersburg is a very beautiful time named "White Nights" when the city is particularly fine. It is the most attractive time for tourists going to Saint-Petersburg and many travellers will visiting the city then. ALL THE HOTELS in the city will be FULLY BOOKED very soon.
