Registration

Exhibition registration fee is per one person and includes payment for an exhibition space and participation in the congress events. Booths at the exhibition venue are located as shown on the exhibition floor-plan. Additional registrations to the same exhibition space can be made at a reduced fee.

Please note that all booth personnel need to be registered.

The exhibition registration fee includes:

Admission to the scientific program for one representative of each exhibitor company
Coffee breaks
Lunches on July 5-8, 2004
Welcome reception
City tour
Congress documentation

Technical Services

Equipment Info

All exhibit spaces are empty which means that any furniture, walls, lighting equipment etc. need to be ordered separately. It is not allowed to fix any posters and materials directly on the existing walls. Please contact Monomax Ltd. (official service agency for ICSV 11) if you have any queries concerning your space and/or orders for additional material.

Liability and Security

Exhibitors are reminded that they must be in possession of valid insurance to cover themselves and their personnel in the event of damage or loss to their exhibits, equipment, and exhibition material. Each exhibitor must make provisions for safeguarding their goods, materials, equipment and display at all times. Neither Monomax Ltd. nor ICSV 11 will take any responsibility for loss of any material or for any cause.
