Transfer of registered ICSV11 participants

The ICSV11 Organising Committee will provide participants and registered accompanying persons with transportation from the Airport or a Railway Station only to the main Congress hotels (Pribaltiyskaya, LDM, Oktiabrskaya) and back. Find an Organising Committee representative with the Congress sign at the arrival area. Make sure that you inform the Organising Committee ahead of time of the dates, time and flight/train numbers through the ICSV11 online registration or by e-mail: icsv11@monomax.org.

Transportation from the Airport/Railway Station to the main Congress hotels (Pribaltiyskaya, LDM, Oktiabrskaya) and back is included in the registration fee of the Congress.

City Public Transport / Hotels Connection

Various types of public transportation are available in the city including underground, buses, trams, trolley-buses, routing taxis (public city minibuses).

Operating time of underground (metro) stations is usually 5.45 a.m. till 0.20 p.m. The exact time of operation of the most useful stations follows:

Chkalovskaya 5.45 a.m. - 0.00 p.m.
Petrogradskaya 5.45 a.m. - 0.28 p.m.
Ploschad Vosstaniya 5.45 a.m. - 0.20 p.m.
Primorskaya 5.45 a.m. - 0.00 p.m.

The frequency of underground (metro) trains varies from one every 3 minutes (rush hours)
to one every 10 minutes (night). Cost: 8 RUR / coin. The coins are to be validated into the validating machine. 1 coin is for 1 person or baggage. Coins are sold at metro cash-desks located inside metro stations near to a metro station entrance.

In buses, trams and trolley-buses the tickets are to be bought from the conductor. The cost is 7 RUR. The tickets for routing taxis (public city minibuses) are available from the driver. The cost varies but usually it is about 10-15 RUR ($ 0.5)

You can get from Primorskaya metro station to Pribaltiyskaya Hotel using one of the following options:

Oktyabryskaya Hotel is in walking distance from the Ploschad Vosstaniya metro station. No shuttles available. Please, use public transport or a taxi.

The LDM Hotel is situated close to two metro stations - Chkalovskaya and Petrogradskaya. You can get from Chkalovskaya metro station to LDM by:

A number of different taxi companies operate in the airport. Their rates can vary. Average fare is $40-60 from the airport to Pribaltiyskaya Hotel (it is not covered by the Organising Committee).

It is also possible to get by the routing taxi No. T13, T213 to Moskovskaya metro station. The routing taxi tickets are to be bought from the driver. The cost of trip will not exceed $1.

A direct train service to Saint-Petersburg is available from the following cities:
