We recommend using a CARNET ATA as a convenient method for the temporary import of exhibition equipment to Russia. Russia joined the Carnet Convention in 1995 so it is considerably easier than before to take equipment into the country.
To use this method, please contact the relevant authorities at your local Trade and Commerce Chamber providing the following information:
1. List of equipment you are going to exhibit at the ICSV11.
2. Dates of the carriage inwards and outwards.
3. Destination of the equipment.
Further procedures vary from country to country depending on local regulations.
