Hotel
Pribaltiyskaya (the venue of the ICSV11 Congress)
It is recommended that Congress participants stay at the
Hotel Pribaltiyskaya, the venue of the Congress. This four star Hotel is located
on the Baltic Sea Coast near to the centre of St. Petersburg and within close
proximity to the many attractions of the city that every visitor will want to
explore. It has 1200 comfortable rooms, including deluxe and suites. A variety
of accommodation possibilities as well as modern facilities provided in this
four star hotel will satisfy all participants. Special Congress rates are as
follows: single room - 140 US dollars per night, double room - 160 US dollars
per night (breakfast and VAT are included in these prices).

Other
Hotels for Congress participants accommodation
Accommodation in lower standard hotels is also offered
for the Congress participants by the Monomax company, the service agency for the
ICSV11 Congress.
A block of rooms is reserved at
two lower standard hotels: three stars Hotel Oktiabrskaya and two stars LDM
Hotel.

Hotel Oktiabrskaya is located in
the historical city center at Nevskiy prospect (nearest underground station:
Ploschad Vosstania). The rates are 100 US dollars per night for a single room
and 140 US dollars per night for a double room (breakfast and VAT are included
in these prices, morning transfer to the Congress venue is not included in the
prices).
Oktiabrskaya hotel is fully
booked
LDM Hotel is located at about 5 km
from the ICSV11 Congress venue. Morning transfer from LDM Hotel to the Congress
venue will be provided. The rates are 80 US dollars per night for a single room,
and 100 US dollars per night for a double room (breakfast, morning transfer to
the Congress venue and VAT are included in the prices).

standard will be considered individually.
Terms
of payment for accommodation

It is required to make one night pre-payment for accommodation
till February 15, 2004. Otherwise Monomax Ltd. cannot guarantee hotel rooms or
the preferential rates.

The remaining
payment for accommodation should be made not later than May 25, 2004. Otherwise
Monomax Ltd. cannot guarantee hotel rooms or the preferential rates.
Cancellation
terms

Notification
of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Monomax Ltd by fax:

If
you cancel the accommodation after May 25, 2004 the penalty fee in the amount of
one night stay is charged

If
the notification of cancellation is received less than 5 days prior to the
planned arrival date the hotel payment in the amount of all nights stay cannot
be refunded

The
hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved should you check
out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.
