Hotel Capitanskaja

The small comfortable residence hotel located 15 minutes' walk away from the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute. The hotel consists of apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms with kitchens

Rates are as follows:

• one bedroom apartment - 54 US dollars per room per night
• two bedrooms apartment - 80 US dollars per room per night (40 US dollars per night per bedroom)
• three bedrooms apartment - 90 US dollars per room per night (30 US dollars per night per bedroom)
• one bedroom deluxe - 90 US dollars per room per night
• two bedrooms deluxe - 110 US dollars per room per night (55 US dollars per night per bedroom)

Requests for hotels of higher standard will be considered individually.

Terms of payment for accommodation

• It is required to make one night pre-payment for accommodation till May 01, 2004. Otherwise Monomax Ltd. cannot guarantee hotel rooms or the preferential rates.

• The remaining payment for accommodation should be made not later than May 10, 2004. Otherwise Monomax Ltd. cannot guarantee hotel rooms or the preferential rates.

Cancellation terms

• Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Monomax Ltd by fax: +7-812-324-73-22  

• If you cancel the accommodation after May 10, 2004 the penalty fee in the amount of one night stay is charged

• If the notification of cancellation is received less than 5 days prior to the planned arrival date the hotel payment in the amount of all nights stay cannot be refunded

• The hotel reserves the right to charge you for all nights reserved should you check out before the confirmed departure date or in case of no-show.

Transfers

We offer transfers airport-hotel (hotel-airport) by Western type cars. The transfers should be ordered in advance. The cost of one transfer is $ 35.
