On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we welcome you to the 7th Symposium World Artificial Organ, Immunology and Transplantation Society to be held on June 25-26, 2005 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This Symposium will consolidate the medical and scientific relations, promote exchange of professional experience and stimulate collaborative research. We hope that this Symposium as a satellite session of the 15th World Congress of the World Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons (Vilnius, 2005) will continue the success of the previous meetings.
The Symposium scientific program includes presentations about the current problems of transplantology and adjacent fields of medical sciences. A lot of leading Russian and foreign physicians, experts and scientists will attend this Symposium. An exhibition of pharmaceutical and medical companies will form an integral part of this event. We trust that both the scientific and the social program of this Symposium will be a good opportunity to meet your colleagues, communicate with them and to establish personal contacts with competent experts in your research field.
