On your request Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd can organize transfer on your arrival and departure. Information about your arrival/departure should be submitted on-line at the Arrival/Departure transfer sections. If for any reason you can not submit this information on-line please send your flight details (an exact day and time of arrival and departure and flight or train numbers) to Symposium Secretariat by e-mail: ata@monomax.org.
Deadline
for the transfer order is June 15, 2005.
The
price for the transfer service on the routes: Airport/Railway station – Hotel
or Airport/Railway station – Symposium venue, as well as the return route
transfer is 40 Euro.
The price is given per car for 1-2 persons, one way.
If you need a vehicle for more than 2 persons arriving at the same flight/train Symposium Secretariat can organize it for you on your personal request. In this case, send your arrival/departure information to ata@monomax.org and we will inform you about the price of this service additionally.
Please
pay your attention that if you arrive to St Petersburg to the Moscow railway
station and will be accommodate in "Oktyabrskaya" hotel it is not
necessary to order transfer service as the hotel is situated in front of the
railway station.
