Registration
for the 7th Symposium World Artificial Organ, Immunology and
Transplantation Society as well as the abstracts submission, hotel accommodation
reservation, other services order and payments for the symposium services
providing on-line.
Please
pay your attention that it is possible to make the Symposium services order step
by step (means not at the same time).
The
registration of the accompanying person should be done on-line separately from
the major participant. Payment of the registration fee of accompanying person
should be done. Other Symposium services (hotel accommodation, transfers,
cultural program) should be ordered by the major participant.

for any reason you would not be able to be registrated for the Symposium on-line

Registration
fee for participant includes: the participation in all scientific sessions,
coffee breaks, Welcome reception, city sightseeing tour, city guide, participant
kit with the Symposium Program and Abstract book.
Registration
fee for accompanying person includes: Welcome reception and city sightseeing
tour. Accompanying persons are admitted to attend sessions and coffee breaks.

Registration
fee should be forwarded to the Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd. Registration
fee payments should be made in advance during the Symposium on-line registration
process.

If
the participant would like to cancel his attendance at the 7th Symposium World
Artificial Organ, Immunology and Transplantation Society the notify letter as
well as the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be send
to the Symposium Secretariat in written form only by e-mail: ata@monomax.org.
In
case of cancellation of registration received before April 25, 2005 the
reimbursement of the fee, less an administrative charge of 30 EURO (plus banking
costs) will be made to the participant.
