Payment Information

All payments from the Symposium participants for registration fee, hotel accommodation, etc. should be done in EURO and be made to the Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd account.

Payment for the chosen services can be done not at the same time (step by step).

During the on-line registration for the Symposium, it will be offered to you to provide payment for your participation at the Symposium and all additional services you have chosen.

We regret but we do not accept private and company checks or Euro cheques.

The payments can be done in three different ways (see descriptions below).

The ways of payment description:

1. Payment via Credit card (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA, EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).

If during the registration process the credit card payment was chosen the Agreement of Payment Form will be created automatically during on-line registration. Please print it, fill it in, sign the Agreement of Payment form and send it to the Symposium Secretariat secure fax number: +7 (812) 324 73 22, +7 (812) 335 99 58.
On receive your Agreement of Payment the Symposium Secretariat will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
Agreement of Payment Form may be also requested from the Symposium Secretariat by e-mail: ata@monomax.org.

2. Payment by Bank transfer

If the payment by bank transfer was chosen by the participant as the preferable way, the invoice for the total amount of payment for the chosen services will be created automatically during on-line registration process. Please print it and provide the payment to the following bank account.

EURO account

In order to confirm your payment could you be so kind to send the copy of your bank transfer order to Symposium Secretariat by fax +7 (812) 324 73 22 or by e-mail: ata@monomax.org.
If you would like to provide your bank transfer in Dollars please contact Monomax Ltd and we will inform you how to make it.

3. Internet payment

For the Internet payments Symposium Secretariat Monomax uses Assist^TM as the secure credit card Internet payment system. Assist^TM e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.

Only VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted!

ATTENTION!

Russian and CIS countries participant's bank transfers cannot be done to the same banking account with the foreign participants. In this connection all kinds of payment documents for Russian and CIS countries participants should be inquired from the Symposium Secretariat by e-mail: ata@monomax.org.
