"Astoria" hotel makes part of the hotel group of buildings with "Angleterre" hotel 4* - Symposium venue. The hotel stands on the historical St Isaac's square, within easy walking distance from Nevsky prospect. Astoria provides its clients with high level of services. Hotel has a well-equipped Health and Spa centers. All rooms are decorated in the classical style.

Angleterre hotel ****

Arcadia hotel ***

Newly opened privet small hotel is located very close to the Symposium meeting venue "Anglettere" hotel. "Arcadia" hotel offers to theirs guests comfortable rooms of the European standards, cozy, small restaurant designed in classical style and a sauna with a swimming pool.

Oktyabrskaya hotel ***
Hotel address – Ligovsky ave., 10
Nearest metro station: "Ploshad Vosstania"(Moscow railway station)

"Oktyabrskaya" is the one of the oldest and famous hotels of the city, which occupies 2 buildings. Stands in the very hard of the city center at the cross road of Nevsky and Ligovsky avenues, in front of the Moscow railway station.

Check in/check out time in the hotel 12:00/12:00.
If you would like to stay in "Oktyabrskaya" hotel during some hours after check out time the price of one night stay in the hotel should be extra paid.

Accommodation in other hotels of Saint Petersburg can be done in accordance with the participant's individual request.

For the participants of the 7^th Symposium World Artificial Organ, Immunology and Transplantation Society (WAITS) the Symposium secretariat offers hotel accommodation in the listed hotels for the following prices*.

The prices are indicated per room per night including breakfast, hotel service charges and tax. Prices are given in accordance with the hotel's rack rates and can be changed in connection with hotel rates growth.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION and payment

The Symposium Secretariat ensures the hotel accommodation you desire if you provide Hotel Reservation by APRIL 25, 2005.

The Symposium Secretariat has the right to alter reservations after this date if the preferable choice of hotel is no longer available.

Please note: Because of the high tourist season the whole period of your stay in the hotel should be fully paid in advance before MAY 05, 2005 in order to have guaranteed accommodation. Payment for the hotel accommodation should be done to Symposium Secretariat Monomax with the help of Symposium on-line registration.

The hotel reservation will be confirmed only after full hotel payment has been received.

To make your hotel reservation and payment you should be registered for the Symposium using on-line registration.

Enter on-line registration using your login and password, click "Hotel Accommodation" make your choice and fill in necessary registration fields.

 HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Cancellation

Information about the hotel accommodation cancellation should be made in written form only and forwarded to the Symposium Secretariat Monomax Ltd by e-mail: ata@monomax.org or by fax +7 (812) 324-73-22.
For cancellations received before MAY 15, 2005 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs).

In case of cancellation received after MAY 15, 2005, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be charged out of the amount of your payment. The rest amount of payment will be reimbursed.
